Presenter: Bill Curtindale, Pro-Paint Solutions

Bill Curtindale is co-owner of Pro Paint Solutions, a commercial painting contractor based in Auburn, Washington, where he leads company operations, including people, systems, scheduling, production, and field execution.

Before starting Pro Paint Solutions, Bill spent years in operational leadership roles, including managing organizations with more than 100 employees. That experience shaped his belief that successful companies are built through strong operations, clear expectations, capable leaders, and consistent execution.

In just five years, Pro Paint Solutions has grown into an $8+ million commercial painting company with more than 40 employees.

Bill is also a business partner in WorkGlue, a project management software company focused on the construction and service industries. Over the past two years, he has been closely involved in the complete redevelopment of the WorkGlue platform, bringing a contractor’s operational perspective to the design of tools for scheduling, communication, project management, and field execution.

Bill is passionate about developing people, building effective systems, improving communication between the office and field, and creating accountability without unnecessary complexity. He believes great operations are one of a contractor’s strongest sales tools because customers remember who delivers, solves problems, and does what they say they will do.
