Join the Washington State Council PCA for our annual Paint It Forward volunteer event!

This year, we’ll be giving back by painting the new office space for the Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation, a nonprofit that supports veterans, first responders, and their families.

We’re looking for 15–20 volunteers to help brush and roll approximately 2,000 square feet of interior walls, ceilings, posts, and beams. Whether you’re a crew lead with a van full of tools or just want to lend a hand and a brush, your help makes a difference.

    Schedule:

    • 7:30 AM – Setup crew arrives

    • 8:00 AM – Painters arrive and work begins

    • 12:00 PM – Lunch provided

    • 4:00 PM – Project wrap-up

    What to Bring:
Painters can bring basic tools. Crew leads with vans are encouraged to bring:

    • Drop cloths

    • Ladders (16’, 20’, 24’, or A-frame 12–16’)

    • Ladder stabilizer or Little Giant

    • 18" tubs, rollers, and poles

    • Standard brushing and rolling tools

    • Fans to help with drying

    Provided by PCA:
Lunch, coffee, snacks, and a volunteer T-shirt

All paint and supplies will be ready onsite thanks to our partner, Sherwin-Williams.

Help us “Paint It Forward” and make a visible impact in the community!
